Fate is a theory many favor in hopes of defying pessimism; in hopes of feeling secure rather than alone. It is not up for debate; free will guides lives, the main objective is gaining mindfulness to the fact. Whether one will ever come to terms with it is decided upon themselves, but the day that they do gain a consciousness to the fact is the day they owe it to themselves; every good thing in their life. Every feeling of need for self preservation belongs to everyone else but yourself. No one can define you in the vastness of the road to self discovery, we are all maneuvering it our entire lives. To argue free will is to discount all that is yours. Fate controls absolutely nothing related to choice, and choice is all life is. Free will is the controlling force in individuals’ lives. Terrifyingly, it is the only thing compelling us. Terrifyingly, life is as beautiful as it is untold.
